Domestic Deliveries:
For deliveries within Australia shipping is a flat rate of $10.00. All domestic shipping is sent via registered and insured post, requiring signature on delivery. A tracking number will be provided for all deliveries. Delivery time is generally 3-5 days but will vary according to location. All orders are shipped with 48hrs unless notified otherwise
Shipping address:
All orders will be delivered at the address declared by the customer during checkout. Please note that it is your responsibility to fill in a correct shipping address.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return any item purchased from Seven Secrets * (except special order* items and sale items) These must be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price (minus our actual original shipping costs (minimum $19.95)) or store credit for an exchange.
All shipping and handling costs in connection with returns are the responsibilty of the customer.
All original factory tape, plastic protectors and stickers must be intact and never removed.
If you would like to return a watch, please contact us for the mailing address and a Return Authorisation Number ( RA #).
Seven Secrets sells only brand new products. Therefore, we are able to accept for returns only brand new items in the same condition as they were shipped.
It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect an item upon receipt to ensure that it is in perfect condition before using it.
Before removing any tags or factory tape, please check over the item to see that it is in perfect working order with no faults.
All our products are 100% brand new and sourced from the manufacturer or their authorised distributors.
Terms and Conditions
Returns:
All returns must have a pre-assigned Return Authorisation No. (RA#) from Sevensecrets. Please contact us prior to returning your order for your RA#. This number must be boldly displayed on the outside of the box. An item returned without a pre-assigned RA# clearly written on the outside of the box may be refused.
All products must be returned in their original unworn condition including packaging, manuals, protective tape/plastics & hanging tags fully intact and never removed.
The order must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. If the item is a gift and you are in need of an extension, please contact us prior to purchasing.
Returns will be credited in full minus the actual original shipping cost (minimum $19.95). Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.
Returns must be shipped via trackable delivery (e.g. Australia Post Registered parcel, UPS, FedEx or DHL) In case of loss or damages during return shipping, customer is liable. The tracking number for your return must be emailed to us upon shipment.
Once you have been issued a RA#, you must ship the product back so that we receive it within 10 days of us issuing the RA#.
Sevensecrets.com.au is not responsible for merchandise that is not returned in accordance with these terms. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for ensuring that authorised returns arrive at our offices via prepaid insured trackable delivery. Shipping:
Most items are shipped within 48 hours from the point the order is received. In the event we are out of stock and unable to obtain inventory, an email will be sent to the buyer conveying this information. If an item is listed as having free shipping, this applies to domestic Australian shipments only.
